Mikaela was born in the year 1984. Her ethnicity is Italian-Iranian. Both of her parents were born and was raised within Colbert Washington. At the age of 2 when she was two, she started dancing classes, and later she was involved in school plays. Her first appearance was as a child model in commercials. She completed her degree in theater from Loyola Marymount University, which is situated in LA. The first time she was seen, Mikaela appeared in the film of 2007 'Frank'. She then starred as the main actor in "Sorority Forever". Then, she played the leading role in "Humanzee" after auditioning before the celebrated Director James Gunn. Hoover then appeared as an actress of the leading role in The James Gunn and Peter Safran X-Box Show Sparky & Mikaela. In 2010, Hoover was first seen in American productions wherein she played part as a guest in the movie 'How I Met Your Mother'. In addition, she was in a movie titled Super, written by James Gunn.
